Service Description
Reserve our dedicated instructional space for private events, club meetings, or custom group presentations. Booking includes access to our classroom media equipment, seating, and presentation boards. Note: This reservation is for facility space utilization only; specialized equipment or range use must be coordinated separately.
Cancellation Policy
A $100 refundable cleaning deposit is required for all bookings. The deposit will be returned within 24 hours after inspection of the premises. The space must be returned in the same condition it was received, including removal of all trash, resetting furniture, and proper disposal of materials. The deposit may be partially or fully withheld if cleaning standards are not met, including but not limited to excessive mess, spills, equipment misuse, or failure to restore the room. The premises are monitored by video surveillance for verification of condition and usage.
