POLICIES & CUSTOMER TERMS

At 3rd Eye Watching, we are committed to providing professional, safe, respectful, and transparent training and services.

Our Policies & Customer Terms explain important requirements related to booking, payment, cancellations and rescheduling, refunds, attendance, training eligibility, firearms and equipment, youth participation, service-specific requirements, audio/video recording, 3rd Eye Insider membership, privacy, website use, and accessibility.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in writing. Eligible transfers or rescheduling must generally be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

 

All 3rd Eye Watching activities are subject to operational audio and video recording for legitimate business purposes including safety, security, liability documentation, risk management, insurance, compliance, and incident review.

Operational recording is a condition of participation and is separate from optional promotional or media authorization.

 

By booking, purchasing, registering for, or participating in an applicable 3rd Eye Watching service, class, course, appointment, program, or membership, you are responsible for reviewing the complete Policies & Customer Terms applicable to your purchase or participation.
