Service Description
Discounted ammunition shipment and pickup service for 3rd Eye Watching students and eligible first responders/professionals, including law enforcement, firefighters, nurses, doctors, and teachers. The $15 service fee includes a discounted $10 ammunition acceptance/transfer fee and the $5 DOJ background-check fee. Customers must bring valid government-issued identification, the original ammunition purchase receipt or invoice, and any documentation required to complete the California DOJ eligibility/background-check process. Applicable California ammunition excise tax is not included in the $15 service fee and will be collected separately when required. Law-enforcement customers seeking an applicable exemption must present qualifying agency credentials/documentation. Please wait until 3rd Eye Watching confirms that your shipment has arrived before scheduling your pickup. PAYMENT OPTIONS Cash/Zelle — Discount Price: $15.00 Card/Invoice: $16.05 Select your payment method when booking. Customers selecting Card will receive an invoice for payment through our third-party card processor. Customers selecting Cash/Zelle may send Zelle payment to Nakita Price at (916) 800-3463. In the Zelle memo, include the class/service name and date. All fees are non-refundable. Booking/registration is not confirmed until payment is received and verified.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments/services and training classes/courses are non-refundable. A customer or student who needs to cancel or change a scheduled appointment, service, training class, or course must submit a transfer request at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible to transfer the paid registration or booking one time to another available date. Transfer requests must be emailed to nakita_price@3rdeyewatching.com and should include the customer/student's name, appointment, service, class, or course title, and original scheduled date. Requests by phone, text message, social media, or other methods are not accepted. Transfers are subject to availability and are not confirmed until approved by 3rd Eye Watching. After one transfer, the registration or booking is no longer transferable. Requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time and no-shows result in forfeiture of the registration or booking and all fees paid. When two participants are registered under one booking, transfer eligibility applies separately to each participant.
