Service Description
Includes the Initial 8-Hour Training, 16 Hours of Mandatory Security Officer Skills Training, and 16 Hours of Elective Security Officer Skills Training. The elective portion currently includes First Aid / CPR / AED, Officer Safety, Handling Difficult People, and Workplace Violence, with additional eligible elective options available as the program expands. Training dates are scheduled separately. Registration & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration. Your seat is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received. Students are responsible for meeting all applicable BSIS eligibility and training requirements. Additional instructions and required documentation will be provided before training. PAYMENT OPTIONS Cash/Zelle — Discount Price: $399.00 Card/Invoice: $419.21 Select your payment method when booking. Customers selecting Card will receive an invoice for payment through our third-party card processor. Customers selecting Cash/Zelle may send Zelle payment to Nakita Price at (916) 800-3463. In the Zelle memo, include the class/service name and date. All fees are non-refundable. Booking/registration is not confirmed until payment is received and verified.
Cancellation Policy
BSIS training registrations are non-refundable. A student who needs to cancel or change a training date must submit a transfer request at least 24 hours before the scheduled training start time to be eligible to transfer the paid registration one time to another available training date. Transfer requests must be emailed to nakita_price@3rdeyewatching.com and should include the student name, class title, and original training date. Requests by phone, text message, social media, or other methods are not accepted. Transfers are subject to availability and are not confirmed until approved by 3rd Eye Watching. After one transfer, the registration is no longer transferable. Requests received less than 24 hours before training and no-shows result in forfeiture of the registration and all fees paid. When two students are registered under one booking, transfer eligibility applies separately to each student.
