Service Description
Most FSC testing appointments are completed in about 15 minutes. The test itself is not timed, so you may take the time you need to complete it. PAYMENT OPTIONS Cash/Zelle — Discount Price: $25.00 Card/Invoice: $26.55 Select your payment method when booking. Customers selecting Card will receive an invoice for payment through our third-party card processor. Customers selecting Cash/Zelle may send Zelle payment to Nakita Price at (916) 800-3463. In the Zelle memo, include the class/service name and date. All fees are non-refundable. Booking/registration is not confirmed until payment is received and verified.
Cancellation Policy
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Customers must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. A customer who does not cancel at least 24 hours in advance and fails to appear for a scheduled Live Scan Fingerprinting, FSC, or Free Virtual Consultation appointment will be charged a $30 no-show fee. The outstanding $30 no-show fee must be paid in full before the customer will be permitted to book any future appointment, service, training class, or course with 3rd Eye Watching. Customers arriving 10 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment time will not be charged a late fee; however, late arrival may result in an extended wait time before the service can be completed.
