🔒 Ammunition Vendor Policy We are a licensed California Ammunition Vendor committed to safety, compliance, and community service. ​📦 Shipment Acceptance Fees We charge a flat rate for accepting ammunition shipments: $30.00 acceptance fee $5.00 DOJ background check fee 11% excise tax (Assembly Bill 28) ​Exemption: Law Enforcement & Peace Officers are exempt from the excise tax. Agency credentials must be presented for verification. ​🎓 Discounted Rates: (These fees are in addition to CA 11% excise tax) To honor our students, first responders, and military members, we offer reduced fees: Students: $10.00 + $5.00 DOJ Fee First Responders & Military: $10.00 + $5.00 DOJ Fee General Public: $30.00 + $5.00 DOJ Fee 📌 Important Reminders All transactions comply with California Department of Justice regulations. Proper identification and documentation are required at the time of service. All ammunition purchasers must have a REAL ID. If you don't have one you will need to provide a valid passport or certified birth certificate. Name of the purchaser must match name on ID of person picking up. Once you place your order with the 3rd party retailer, please contact us by email at ammo Fees are non‑refundable PLEASE READ AMMO SHIPMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS! WE WILL ASSUME YOU AGREE TO OUR POLICY IF YOU ARE SENDING A SHIPMENT TO US!!!!
Cancellation Policy
By booking this appointment you agree that you have been contacted by us (email or text) informing you of your shipment's arrival. You agree to book a pickup appointment within 48 hours to ensure the timely retrieval of your shipment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we allow a grace period of 7 days for you to come and pick up your shipment. If a straw purchase is suspected, We WILL NOT RELEASE your shipment to you & your information will be turned over to law enforcement for them to decide what happens next. If you fail the DOJ background, check you will have 45 days to contact the DOJ to fix the problem AND you will incur storage fees at $10.00 per day. You will not be allowed to pick up your shipment without a DOJ clearance letter & complete payment of all fees incurred. You cannot send someone else to pick up your shipment. Shipments not picked up by the 45th day will be considered abandoned property, and we will donate the shipment to our training department.
