Did you purchase ammunition online from an out-of-state retailer? 3rd Eye Watching is a licensed California Ammunition Vendor in Sacramento, CA — we accept your shipment and handle all DOJ compliance paperwork. Fees: $30 acceptance + $5 DOJ background check + 11% CA excise tax (AB28). Discounted rates available for students, first responders, and military ($10 + $5 DOJ fee). REAL ID, Birth Certificate or valid passport required. Name on ID must match purchaser. Book your pick-up slot online — spots are limited.
Cancellation Policy
By booking this appointment you agree that you have been contacted by us (email or text) informing you of your shipment's arrival. You agree to book a pickup appointment within 48 hours to ensure the timely retrieval of your shipment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we allow a grace period of 7 days for you to come and pick up your shipment. If a straw purchase is suspected, We WILL NOT RELEASE your shipment to you & your information will be turned over to law enforcement for them to decide what happens next. If you fail the DOJ background, check you will have 45 days to contact the DOJ to fix the problem AND you will incur storage fees at $10.00 per day. You will not be allowed to pick up your shipment without a DOJ clearance letter & complete payment of all fees incurred. You cannot send someone else to pick up your shipment. Shipments not picked up by the 45th day will be considered abandoned property, and we will donate the shipment to our training department.
