Process
🖐️ Live Scan Fingerprinting
At 3rd Eye Watching, we provide secure, compliant, and professional Live Scan fingerprinting services in partnership with the California Department of Justice and FBI.
Rolling Fee:
$45.00 per set of fingerprints
DOJ & FBI Fees:
Additional, as required by law
Copy Fee:
$1.00 per page if you do not bring the required live scan request forms (3 copies)

Full payment is due at the time of your appointment.
🪪 Requirements

A valid Government-issued ID or Passport is required.

Please bring three (3) copies of your Live Scan form to your appointment. We will charge you $1.00 per page if we have to print for you.
✍️ Ink Fingerprinting
At 3rd Eye Watching, we provide traditional ink fingerprinting services. This process is completed on physical fingerprint cards (as pictured) and is not processed electronically.
Ink fingerprinting is typically required for:

Submissions to agencies outside of California

Legal or immigration matters where prints must be provided to your attorney or other authorities
