Firearms Safety Certificate Test (FSC)

$25.00 Per Person (This test IS NOT timed)

Firearms Safety Certificate Test is required to take if you want to legally purchase a firearm in the state of California. This test has 30 true/false and multiple-choice questions, students must score a minimum of 75% or at least 23/30 correct answers and the certificate is good for 5 years. Students must demonstrate safe gun handling practices. Student must be at least 21 years old with a valid ID/Driver's License. Students will be required to pass a background check & demonstrate safe gun handling upon purchasing a firearm and wait for the required 10 day waiting period.

Fundamentals of Pistol Shooting

Wanna learn how to field strip (break down) & clean your firearm? Book this class and be sure to note in the message section (make, model & caliber) of the firearm you're going to bring to class. We will teach you how to break it down, clean it, identify the parts, inspect for damage and put everything back together. We will provide all the cleaning tools you'll need to keep your firearm in its best working condition. By the end of class, you will have learned how to take apart, clean, inspect & reassemble your firearm.

Situational Awareness & Protective Strategies

Enhance your situational awareness and improve your personal safety with our comprehensive Situational Awareness & Protective Strategies class. Our instructors will guide you through hands-on training, teaching you how to assess your surroundings, identify potential threats, and respond appropriately. Whether you're a seasoned professional or someone looking to enhance your personal safety, this class is perfect for you. Take control of your personal safety & security! Develop mindfulness towards your surroundings and minimize the chances of being vulnerable. These sessions also cover how to educate your children about personal safety, as well as precautions to take while using ride share services or browsing the internet.

Less Lethal Weapons Demonstration

We invite you to witness a live demonstration at my location for a fee of $40.00 per person. This interactive session will not only showcase the effectiveness of each product but also provide you with valuable insights into how they can be utilized safely and effectively.

Alternatively, if you prefer a more personalized experience, you can request a demonstration at your own location, which will incur a travel fee of $500 for 4 to 5 hours. This option is particularly beneficial for groups or organizations looking to enhance their collective safety awareness and preparedness.

During the demonstration, all items showcased will be available for purchase, allowing you to acquire the tools you find most suitable for your personal safety needs. Furthermore, we will engage in a thorough discussion on the proper techniques for using these defensive tools, ensuring that you leave the session not only with the products but also with the knowledge and confidence to use them effectively. Our goal is to enhance your safety throughout the day, equipping you with both the tools and the skills necessary to navigate potentially dangerous situations with greater assurance and peace of mind.

Sacramento County CCW Application & Prep Session

$150.00 Per Person 1.5 to 2 hours

Learn everything from required documentation, reporting responsibilities, carrying regulations, interacting with law enforcement, interview preparation, firearm limitations and qualifications needed to obtain your license. Bring your laptop/tablet and required documents for assistance during class so that you can apply right away!

Please note: Completion of this course does not guarantee the privilege to conceal carry; it serves as an informational resource to help you apply and prepares you for the interview process & training requirements.

16 Hour CCW Initial Certification Training

(2 Days)$380.00 (up to 3 firearms)

This course is for students who have already applied for and have been approved or who have been instructed by your county Sheriff to go get your initial 16-hour training completed. This training is administered over 2 days with a majority of instruction administered in the classroom & a live fire qualification range session administered at the end.

Day 1: Students will learn reporting responsibilities, Firearm Safety, where you can and can't carry your firearm, how to conduct yourself during any contact with law enforcement, how many firearms you are allowed to carry, what your allowed to carry, potential disqualifiers, the law regarding the permissible use of a firearm, de-escalation techniques, levels of force, mental health & suicidal ideation training, written test, possible criminal & civil outcomes of using deadly force, importance of self-defense liability insurance.

Day 2: Will start in the classroom. We will go over firearm safety & fundamentals again, range rules & etiquette, proper storage & transportation, how to declare a firearm when traveling by plane, dry fire practice with the SIRT pistols (training pistols), simulation shoot/no shoot scenarios, drawing from a holster, the law regarding defense of the home, then we will go to the range for live fire qualification.

Students are responsible for bringing his/her own firearm, 200 rounds of ammunition per firearm, holster, belt, 2 magazines or 2 speed loaders for revolvers, eye & ear protection.

**To pass this course and obtain certification the student will need to complete the required course of fire with a minimum passing score set by your county Sheriff's Department. Students are allowed 2 tries at achieving a passing range qualification score. If a student fails BOTH qualification attempts, student will be required to wait at least 48 hours AND pay additional instruction & range fees to attempt range qualification again. **

8 Hour CCW Renewal Certification Training

(1 Day) $380.00 up to 3 firearms

This training course is for students who already have their CCW permit in Sacramento County and need to renew. We will have 7 hours of in class instruction (with 1 hour dedicated to mental health training) to remind students of their reporting responsibilities, firearm safety and other legalities. After a written test students will then move on to the live fire qualification. Students are responsible for bringing his/her own firearm, 100 rounds of ammunition per firearm, holster, belt, 2 magazines or 2 speed loaders for revolvers, eye & ear protection.

CCW Modification Qualification

$280.00 (Includes range fee) 30 minutes to 1 hour

Looking to update your CCW or add a new firearm? Join this essential session to modify your permit accordingly. Participate in the required range qualification and certification that you need to update your permit. Students are required to pay their own range fees, being your own ammunition and firearm to qualify with. Eye & Ear protection and targets will be provided.

16-Hour Court Ordered Firearm Safety Training

(2 Days) $380.00 Per Person

For those who have been ordered by the court, we offer a comprehensive 16-hour Firearm Safety Training course. This classroom-based training is spread across two days and covers topics such as Basic Firearm Safety & Fundamentals, California laws on firearm ownership, responsible gun ownership, safe storage methods, choosing the right firearm for you, legal transportation of firearms, types of ammunition, mental health issues and how they may affect firearms ownership, simulation training scenarios.

An optional live fire range session can be added at an additional cost of $150.00 + range fees. Join us for this essential training to ensure your compliance with the court's order and enhance your knowledge of firearm safety.

Utah Multi-State Conceal Carry

$150.00 (includes ink fingerprint cards) 4 hours

This is a mandatory 4-hour class. The class fee is $150.00 payable at least 3 days before the scheduled class. This class is conducted all in the classroom with no live fire requirement necessary. Ink fingerprinting services on FBI ink fingerprint cards will be provided with this class.

Utah has reciprocal agreements with 36 other states that recognize Utah’s permit in their state.
