Cancellation Policy
If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment or arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged a $20.00 inconvenience fee. You will not be able to reschedule until the inconvenience fee is paid. You may also have to wait until the next available appointment to be seen.
