Service Description
Firearms Safety Certificate Test is required to take if you want to legally purchase a firearm in the state of California. This test has 30 true/false and multiple-choice questions, students must score a minimum of 75% or at least 23/30 correct answers and the certificate is good for 5 years. Students must demonstrate safe gun handling practices. Student must be at least 21 years old with a valid ID/Driver's License. Students will be required to pass a background check & demonstrate safe gun handling upon purchasing a firearm and wait for the required 10 day waiting period. Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a class, you may cancel, reschedule, or transfer your class to someone else of your choosing within 3 days of your class start time WITHOUT penalty. NO REFUNDS! If canceling or rescheduling AFTER the above-mentioned 3-day time frame, you will be charged an inconvenience fee of up to $20.00. No refunds will be given for any reason. (Must notify by email nakita_price@3rdeyewatching.com before transferring any classes to another person). No refunds will be given for any reason.
