Utah Multi-State Conceal Carry

Service Description

This is a mandatory 4-hour class. The class fee is $150.00 payable at least 3 days before the scheduled class. This class is conducted all in the classroom with no live fire requirement necessary. Ink fingerprinting services on FBI ink fingerprint cards will be provided with this class. Utah has reciprocal agreements with 36 other states that recognize Utah’s permit in their state. Students will mail all items to Utah -BCI application fully filled out and stamped by instructor -A Photocopy of your state issued Driver License -One recent color passport quality photograph -One FBI fingerprint Card issued by a licensed fingerprint technician -Check, money order or credit card payment for $87.00 In accordance with U.C.A. 76-10-523, Utah will honor a permit to carry a concealed firearm issued by any other state or county. Who is Eligible? Minimum requirements for application for a concealed firearms permit in Utah are: -Applicants must be at least 21 years of age for the standard permit; at least 18 years of age for the provisional permit -Proof of good character…whereas the applicant; has not been convicted of a felony; has not been convicted of any crime of violence. has not been convicted of any offense involving the use of alcohol; has not been convicted of any offenses involving the unlawful use of narcotics or other controlled substances; has not been convicted of any offenses involving moral turpitude; has not been convicted of any offense involving domestic violence; has not been adjudicated by a court of a state or of the United States as mentally incompetent, unless the adjudication has been withdrawn or reversed is qualified to purchase and possess a firearm pursuant to Section 76-10-503 and federal law. *A criminal background check is conducted on all applicants. -One fingerprint card. Must be filled out completely. Writing and printing must be legible. Fingerprints should be taken by a trained fingerprint technician. Fingerprint cards that are not legible will be returned to the applicant and will cause a delay in processing the application.
