All physical transfers and transactions are completed exclusively in person at our local Sacramento facility.

 

📦 Intake & Verification Fees
We charge a flat administrative fee for receiving and processing incoming secure transfers. All standard state-mandated background processing and credential check fees are fully included in the baseline rate.

 

Please note:

The statutory 11% state assessment (Assembly Bill 28) is an additional state-mandated charge calculated at the register.

 

Statutory Exemption:
Active Law Enforcement & Peace Officers are legally exempt from the 11% state assessment. Official agency credentials and photo ID must be presented in person at our counter for verification.

All listed administrative costs are independent of the mandatory 11% state assessment, which is calculated at the counter based on your physical order invoice.
