Service Description
Have ammunition purchased from an online or third-party retailer shipped to 3rd Eye Watching for lawful receipt and pickup in California. General Public: $35 service fee includes our $30 ammunition acceptance/transfer fee plus the $5 DOJ background-check fee. Students / First Responders $15 Discounted ammunition shipment pickup service for 3rd Eye Watching students and eligible first responders/professionals, including law enforcement, firefighters, hospital professionals, and teachers. Your $15 service fee includes our discounted $10 ammunition acceptance/transfer fee plus the $5 DOJ background-check fee. When your ammunition is ready for pickup, you will need to provide: -Valid government-issued identification -Your original purchase receipt/invoice showing the ammunition purchase price Any additional documentation required to complete the California DOJ background-check process Please note: Applicable California ammunition excise tax is not included and will be calculated and collected separately upon pickup. Do not schedule your pickup until you have been notified by 3rd Eye Watching that your shipment has been received and is ready for pickup.
Cancellation Policy
By booking this appointment you agree that you have been contacted by us (email or text) informing you of your shipment's arrival. You agree to book a pickup appointment within 48 hours to ensure the timely retrieval of your shipment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we allow a grace period of 7 days for you to come and pick up your shipment. If a straw purchase is suspected, We WILL NOT RELEASE your shipment to you & your information will be turned over to law enforcement for them to decide what happens next. If you fail the DOJ background, check you will have 45 days to contact the DOJ to fix the problem AND you will incur storage fees at $10.00 per day. You will not be allowed to pick up your shipment without a DOJ clearance letter & complete payment of all fees incurred. You cannot send someone else to pick up your shipment. Shipments not picked up by the 45th day will be considered abandoned property, and we will donate the shipment to our training department. You must provide us with a copy of your sales receipt so that the applicable 11% CA Excise Tax can be added. Without your receipt we cannot process your order.
